Ever seen Trainspotting? Ever seen the scene where Spud wakes up alone in his girlfriends bed after a night out? THAT'S gotta be the most uncomfortable feeling in bed by a LONG shot!

ha ha, on a serious note, the most uncomfortable i have been was when i dislocated my shoulder. All i could do was lie on my back and i hate staying in the same place for 5 mins let alone all night.
