Yes, it does hurt. But the world keeps spinning even with that knife stuck in your back, so you just have to either have someone else help you remove the instrument or you can do it yourself (hurts much worse that way.)

Yes. This is especially true in "office politics". The person that joins you for lunch or coffee break or the so called buddy" may turn out to be the one plunging the knife on to your back. This is called "dying" without the faintest idea of who betrayed you. And it is just too late. Of course, it hurts. *SIGN* This is hard facts in life.

a so called friend and her husband lost there rental home and everything. I took them into my home and loaned them over four thousand dollars in a year and a half. I had just lost my husband of thirty years and I was down because of it. when I started to ask for my money back, she lied to me and said she had to leave for a while because her dad had died and I found out that was a lie. a week after she left her so called husband left and did not tell me either. I found out that they both moved out because they did not want to pay me back what I had loaned them. she is 38 years old and does not even know how to cook or clean. he cooks an you can get sick from his food. but I know that God will take care of them because I believe what goes around comes around. they will get there's. I could never be friends with them again. I do forgive them because that is what we are suppose to do but I will never forget what they have done to me and my family.

I have always been a very open and honest person. People always felt comfortable
telling me their problems because I bared my soul to them first.
But I've learned we can "trust" very few people. Most will turn right around and reveal
the most intimate secrets without a thought.

Must believe in God.Mens change their opinions,or sometimes mens speaks and do things which have 2 sense, and when isn't the sense which we like,we feel like a knife. But if we are strong,we don't accept this think in our mind and we try to understand , how was my friend thinking........way......try to speak with he....for understand the reality...he has free will......if is or not your friend anymore.A friendship isn't eternal....(even between the brothers, important is how you can go throw it without hate in your heart.)
Is hard, but the reality must be accepted, understand the reason, for not be transformate in hate.

Unfortunately it is in our nature to betray our friend, it is the low point of human selfishness, and is a very destructive force.
the one betrayed is heart broken and finds it hard to allow anyone to get in close again, it takes time to recover from such a devastating wound but with time it can be healed, but two outcomes are possible after this experience of betrayal.
1. the betrayed becomes bitter and inward looking,
2. the betrayer forgives and by moving on is healed,
the choice you make is very important and will decide your future relationships.

I forgot Jesus' admonition to put no trust in man. I did it and almost died from it and yes, it hurt. Jesus helped me forget the hurt but not the lesson learned.
