Bedford where? There is a Bedford in almost every state in the US and at least one in England.. It is my understanding that people with this type of headache aren't really interested in talking when they have it..Since there is limited medications to help this type headache..I can't imagine why there would be a support group..what would you talk about? Pain, Pain Management, Medications, head rubbing? I think it would be a short lived group..Good Luck

As an osteopath, I have treated a number of people with migraines with overall pretty good results. The headaches reduce in frequency and intensity. If you do something to fix the problem, you won't need a support group.

Good luck with it though, I know how horrible migraines are.

Check out www.osteopathy.org.uk to find an osteopath in your area (presuming you're in the UK)

I heard a rumor that magnesium pills help with migranes. I know that isn't what you were asking, but I thought I would pass that along. You can find magnesium pills in any pharmacy. Read the label for proper dosage.
