Brown ground beef with onions and garlic and drain the oil off. Chop up velveta cheese into cubes and pour over the ground beef mixture. While the cheese is melting, Stir in a packet of brown gravy mix and a can of sliced mushrooms ( if you like spice drain a can of rotel and mix in). Mix together until melted and combined completely. Serve on hamburger or hoogie buns like sloppy joes. Throw in some chips or fries or ever a vegetable and you have dinner. ;) I know it sounds strange but its good.
Oh and if you have time, take the hoogie rolls and cut a pocket on the top and remove the the inside bread and stuff them place some more cheese on top and replace the top. Bake for 5-10 min until lightly toasted. It's even better this way.

take like a pound of ground beef,mix with lipton onion soup mix and make into hamburger patties. Fry in pan till brown and drain excess grease. Saute`some onions and mushrooms in garlic and butter add some gravy depending on your preference. Pour over hamburger patties and simmer for a bit. you have just made homemade sails bury steak.

garlic spareribs, slice the ribs up and then pour in a bottle of strong garlic sauce, cannot remember the make but its chinese. Let boil in oven for about 2 hours and serve. Yum
