ask her to read the poem that you put on line here and watch her reaction, then ask her if she would like to go have coffee with you. Then while you are having coffee, ask if she would like to go to a movie with you. Ask her what kind of movies she likes.

Let her know you like her, talk to her and text her more often. Then maybe ask her if she wants to go see a film or something and take it from there. I can't really help without knowing you really, but I do think it is sweet that your asking for advice, I think the girl will fall for you, if you just make her feel special.

My grandson is 30 and going through this. I keep telling him he'll never have a girl unless he gets over his shyness.
You simply walk up to a girl that you may like and ask her out. She can say "no" it's her prerogative. Your bound to hit on one.

Write her a lil' note. Definitely make her smile and compliments your shyness as a quality she might grow to love. Women love little things like that.

Invite her casually for coffee during tea break or ask her out for lunch. It is less intimidating than dinner. Good luck!!

shyness is something everyone experiences when they like someone and what to ask them out...my advice is going to be predictable, but it works best...go up to her and ask...that is it.
