been giving a chance now by a guy who has fought for the world title 3 times to turn pro,he told me that im young enough to start a pro career and be good enough to go far in the sport, but the only problem is that im a bit worried that one punch on the nose could spoil it for me,as its been 10 years since i last fought(amature)i now feel very determined and hungry for the action to start for me and really would like someone elses opinion on what would you do if you were me

You could try and train again for a pro career. But be wary about your nose. Let your trainer/manager know about this. A doctor to study about your problems is also recommended.

See if your nose can cope with intense sparring. I assure you your nose will get hit. If it will give you problems with just minor hits, it is big sign not to go any further. Your trainer will know what to do. Also, try to match yourself up with not so strong fighters at first so you can assess if you can really keep up... if you can indeed keep up, or your nose for that matter, progress to stronger fighters but slowly and surely.

But if you can't, refrain from prizefighting... there's no need to injure yourself. Channel your passion for boxing outside the ring. You could train budding boxers... hey, you could also spar a few rounds. The point is, passion for the "sweet science" is not only practiced through actual fighting inside the ring.

I would go into a proper training regement before making a final decision. If your body can stand up to it and you are fit enough then it is a possibility. 10 years is a long time in boxing though, you will have to recondition yourself to being hit, and work on your hand speed. As for your nose, its not the problem of getting it hit and broken badly its the problem of your nose opening up repeatedly in bouts. If it bleeds enough you will probably lose fights on blood rules. Also I would have a few amatuer fights before I even considered going pro. Professional punching bags end up with serious problems when they get older. Anyway whatever your choice good luck. If you want it enough and are willing to work hard enough you should be fine.

maybe you should become a trainer for regular people or enroll in a gym as a boxing trainer. but you might want to get professional status. maybe you will get pay, more.
since someone already told you that your too old to start again
listen carefully he has experience and knows the chances better then you.
of course if you can't live with knowing what if, go ahead an try who knows, right.
