Hi there, my forehead has got quite a lot of pimples on it. Does anyone have any ideas for getting rid of them? I was thinking maybe a home-made face wash? Anyone got any recipes or other ideas? Cheers!

This is a really good way of drawing spots out and cleaning the pores so there is no more spots.
Boil a kettle, put the boiling water in a small bowl and then place a towel over your head and bowl making sure no air excapes and you have your own "free" sauna for your face.
Yogurt is an exellent cleanser for face natural yogurt use it like a face pack leave on for twenty min and wash off. Avacardo is good
same princible.
heat on the face will really work to clear out clogged up pours that cause the spots. Use it daily

I have found Witch Hazel, obtainable at any Boots, to be a great face-cleanser at the end of the day. If your skin should find it a little strong, dilute with water. Use cotton-wool. Then leave skin alone while you sleep. It worked for me.
I have the feeling it is better for slightly greasy or oily skins.

We have found that rubbing alcohol is very effective at getting the deep down dirt and reducing the pimples. Use it in the morning before you wash your face with an antibacterial soap and before you go to bed at night. Make sure to use an abrasive bath rag not a soft one.

ripe avocado, put them all over your face for one night (much better) but you can do it for 1-3 hrs it's up to u. then wash afterward, it gives you a smooth clean face, and if you do this all the time you can get rid of your pimples... i've tried this one before...it works!
