sometimes after lunch or dinner,i feel hungry and i went down to a shop to buy a snack.Is it a waste of money?

If it makes you feel better, and you are not fat, it isn't a waste of money! Some snakes really taste good!

Think about this: If you spent just 5 dollars a day on snacks that equates to about 1800 bucks in a year and most of those snacks are probably unhealthy causing who knows what kind of health problems in the future that will cost you even more money to treat and shorten your life span. What I do is to just eat several small meals throughout the day instead of gorging myself on the traditional three meals a day rule.

Not a waste of money if you can afford it and if they make you feel good. It is not a good feeding habit though. It would be better if you always had some fruit with you for besides getting that extra energy you need, it would help your body to digest your lunch or dinner, and process better.

It's actually healthy to snack. It helps to regulate your blood sugar. Just becareful in you snack selection.

no, you only live once, enjoy it. why do u think people smoke, tey enjoy it, so thats what they waste their money on.
