Every computer stores numbers, letters and other special characters in binary form. There are several occasions when computer professionals need to know the raw data contained in a computer's memory.A commanly used way of doing this is to print out the memory contents on a printer. This printout is called a "Memory Dump".This will be many pages of zeroes and ones.
There is nothing to do with installing a program(make clear whether it is a progrm or software)and memory dump. You better take a backup of all your laptop contents format your laptop and then reinstall the program.Since it works fine in other computers there is no problem with the program but there may be some settings problem in your laptop. So try this solution.

It's because of the operating system.
The program works with other pc because the OS is different.
Your OS might not support the program.
