And will you also include any example on how will you do it...what's the perfect situation for you? how will you do it? I am asking when will be the perfect time because her birthday will be on the last week of November...will it be ok to propose days before her birthday? or should it be on her birthday, to be more romantic...or days after, where i can shower lots of stuff during her birthday and propose to her on another day after the special occasion? what do you think?? when will be the best time? how will i do it?

if i was the girl... i would like it to be romantic...how about right after her birthday when you two are alone of course you need to give her the best and most appropriate gift for the situation and i don't mean birthday i just mean gift like a necklace or bracelet something as a token of your love...something she can keep forever (not like flowers that only last the weekend) then maybe a little sweet talking to to turn her on...not too much though then you say " (name goes here), will you go out with me" or something else really sweet then she will have to accept even if it takes a while becoz girls love romance but if she doesn't the best way is to act cool about it and she'll come running back to you...best of luck...mliza

Pick a rainy day.see i will tell you how my bf proposed to me(although we are in high school i don't think there can be a more romantic way) well one day it was raining heavily and my friend with whom i walk back were coming under HIS umbrella. We were chatting and as I looked at him i noticed a dreamy expression on his face. He suddenly stopped walking and faced me. I looked at him and as I stared into his eyes I was lost in an unknown world. See, i was gripping the umbrella and he then put his hand over it and squeezed my hand. Then pulling me he led the way and i soon found myself in the lonely,deserted and unused narrow shortcut to ur home. see we live quiet close to each other. i stopped and asked why he for the first time ever had taken this road. in an answer to this he removed my bag with force but gently. i could not even stop him. then he opened his and as he advanced towards me i stepped back a little scared. why after so many years was he suddenly behaving like this. i hit the wall behind me and had to stop but he didn't. soon there was only about two fingers distance between ur noses. we were dripping wet. then he told me the magical words and i was mesmerized.
------that's all i can say. but try this and she won't be all to resist the pleading look in ur eyes.

Are you asking her to marry you, or just to go "steady" with you?I think you mean the latter - on her Birthday - great time - and what you can do is "pin" her, ask her to wear your graduation ring (if you have one), if not, buy her one! - Take her to the store and let her pick one out - her birthstone, a friendship ring... you can now get the type that you wear one half of the ring and she wears the other. When you get married, the rings fit together and become a wedding band! - Good luck - I'm jealous - I want those days back! - Love is such a Wonderful Thing!! God Bless...

You seem very excited about just the thought of her officially being your girlfriend. That's so refreshing! Why not be spontaneous about it...like the next time you catch her doing something you love, a little quirk of hers, or something that reaffirms why you want to be with her...maybe you could look at her, smile and say something like that's what I love about you...and lead into it. Why does it have to be on her birthday, flowers, blah, blah, blah. Make it unique so she'll never forget the day you asked. There's no rules when it comes to stuff like that...rules just kill the mood...go with what feels right.

its nice 2 propose 2 her on her bday.. load her wth gifts n roses on her bday morning. (dont forget 2 wish her sharp at 12, as u will b the 1st).
then gradually on the same day tak her 4 a nice romantic dinner, n propose 2 her, she l love it more if u cud fall on 1of ur knees wth red rose n propose.

if I was with a guy, I'd LOVE to be asked that on my birthday! If I'm at school, asking me if I would come with him alone around the corner of a building for a second, and ask me. I'd probably leap at him with a giant hug after squealing yes LOL
