at some point we all have to grow up and take responsibility for our actions. You are late every morning because you bla bla bla
You know why you r late and you know what u have to do not to be late. It is not rocket science. Grow some discipline and stop asking questions you know the answer to. Get you of bed when u r supposed to or earlier. Or stay in bed and be a looser.

Get to bed earlier every second night and buy a reserve alarm clock and set it to 15 minutes before the one you currently have sets itself off. Some people just take longer to wake up!

It is a matter of self discipline. You KNOW you must get up. So, when you got to bed start telling yourself that you WILL get up when that alarm goes off. Repeat it several times. Also, get to bed earlier/ You may be needing more sleep than you allow time for. And put the alarm away from the bed!

I always set my bedroom clock about 30 minutes fast so that way when my alarm clock goes off at 5:30 it's really 5 so i have plenty of time to get ready in the mornings

i have the same problem... I know how crucial it is. Well what I find somehow helful is to set my repeat alarm 1 & 1/2 hour earlier than my wake up time. So if I wanna wake up at 7:30 I set it at 06:00 so it keeps repeating every 10 minutes and I shut it. Till the due time, I get internally prepared to wake myself up.

It's easy, drink 2 BIG glasses of water before going to sleep! In the morning you'll have to pee and, unless you prefer to wet the bed - you'll get out of it! The trick is to stay out of bed after you've gone to the bathroom.
The Native Indians used to do this so they would wake up early (or so I've been told...) but either way it works for me!
Have better mornings!

Sleep a bit early in the night. Make use of a good and loud alarm clock. Try to wake up a bit early so as to leave for work on time.

Go to bed earlier. Use an alarm clock. Drink less coffee. Eat well. Now, scoot along and have yourself a nice day.

GO to bed earlier, lay your clothes out at night so it doesn't seem like such a chore to have to get out of bed, and take some Vitamiin B12- it gives you lots of energy
