Instead of fighting forty, let it come in gently, it's not so bad. In the first place you might have a problem with your cervical spine. This is the vertebra's between the middle of you back and the base of your skull or your cortex. You have about six vertebra's there that can be a problem.

Any one of these, usually 3,4,5 can have a nerve that's pinching or bulging and irritating a nerve. this in turn creates a problem down the line, in the arms.
It usually goes into the fingers, the forearm and burns, pulls or you get "charlie horse" like aches in them.

You'll have to see your doctor, he'll probably have you get MRI's or CATS of the cervical spine and then go from there.

The one other problem is carpal tunnel syndrome but, you don't say anything about swelling in the wrist or pains there, bulging.

It could be peripheral neuropathy, where the changes are seen in both hands at the same time due to a number of causes. Your doc should do an EMG to see if there is a problem with the nerve conduction to the hands. You may want to see a neurologist as they are the ones who deal with these issues that you are describing most often. Good luck.

when I complained about this the first thing my dr checked was my neck. It could be a pinched nerve See a dr soon. It just may be the pillow. then could be serious.

Not Cerebral Palsy. You could have a pinched nerve, but don't guess, have it diagnosed.
