Hi, i don`t think so in the strict sense of sacrament, as a sacrament mediates divine grace and that this divine action makes the action itself sacred.
I think it would be more correct to say that we can be visible reminders of of God`s grace in the living out of our Christian calling and in this sense we are more properly as sacramental, in that we carry this life of grace in us since our Baptism, but yet we are not the source of this grace.
examples of sacramental would be bringing the love and knowledge of God to others, which if the person is willing to except would be an occasion of healing and reconciliation, as scripture tells us,,we hold a treasure not made of gold, in earthen vessels wealth untold, this treasure is the Lord,the Christ from Whom all good things come.
