The best thing to use for Mosquito Bites is banana peels. Just rub the bite with the inside of the peel. The itch will stop immediately. I always keep them in the freezer, so they are always available. All the grandchildren are amazed at how quick this remedy works. When they do get a bite, they always come running and ask me for the banana peel from the freezer. They know I always keep them on hand. Why pay a high price for over-the-counter ointments and sprays for bug bites? You can have instant relief from a simple banana peel that ordinarily would have been thrown in the trash. Try this, it really works

When you get a big mosquito bite, take a bar of soap and rub it on your mosquito bite. Don't wet the soap, just rub it on dry. Wash off any excess soap before you go to bed. This takes the itch and redness away from the mosquito bite and makes it look smaller.

This is something my dad did as a joke, and it actually works! It seems noone has ever tryed it, but we were out to eat and i had a mosquito bite on my hand that was driving me crazy so I told my dad to help because he can fix anything. There happened to be some Tabasco sauce on the table so he picked it up and dripped it on my hand where the bug bite was, then he sprinkled a generous amount of salt and rubbed it in. I don't even know if the salt has anything to do with it but he wiped it off and then it was fine! For a couple hours actually! I then did it again with a knock off of tabasco sauce and it worked again! It's great!

Some people are worse than others, I don't get bumps or bites, I have never felt a mosquito bite me, it has never itched. My wife on the other hand is the opposite.
Some Hydrocortosine 0.01% or simple calamine lotion. The itching is what makes an infection and makes the bite worse.

Here are a couple of home remedy suggestions.

A little meat tenderizer in a spoon with water and pat it on the bites. The works for bee and wasp stings.

Maybe a little drop of Hydrogen Peroxide on each one. It heals and relieves pain in other places very well.

If you have any 1 % Hydro cortisone cream, (it is anti itch) that should work.

Good luck I hope one does the job.

Witch Hazel or Caladryl or Calamine Lotion. In the future if you take a B-Complex Vitamin every day after about a week, your body will take on a odor that you cannot detect but mosquitoes can and they don't like it, You won't be bitten again.
