After the baby is born you will lose some weight. If you eat right and exercise you should loose it. Dont get discourged it will take some time to do so.
You probably have some swelling in your ankles and legs which will go away shortly after he/she is born as well.
Keep your head up and be positive.

Yes you should, although your normal weight should be more like 115 to 120.
Hopefully after the baby is delivered (you will only loose 15 or maybe 20 lbs then) You will be able to lose the excess 70 or so you put on.
When I was pregnant and 152 at delivery.
I was 138 when I came home from the hospital.
Although I am 5' 7" tall.
Just control your food intake. Do not eat everything in sight. Just eat healthy. It can be hard to get off.
Good Luck on delivery and Happy Baby.

I gained 30 pounds with my pregnancy and I worked hard on loosing the weight after I gave birth. If you are going to be breastfeeding, you cannot go into a crash diet because your body will suffer, and you want your baby to receive good nutrition from you. I ate super healthy, lots of fruits and veggies, as well as whole grains. For example, my breakfast was a large glass of skim milk (for calcium) and a bowl of oatmeal with walnuts and strawberries. Or you could have the glass of milk with an egg-white omelet (with tomatoes, green/red peppers, and any other veggie you like) and a whole wheat toast. It was a lot of food, but healthy and it kept me well into lunch. If I was hungry between meals I ate a fruit (always had fruit in the fridge). And I started walking four weeks after I gave birth (slowly until I was given the ok to walk by my OB). with my baby. I walk an hour every day, and do sit ups during one of his naps. I lost all the weight in three months. Since you gained a bit more, give yourself a couple of extra months, and you should be fine!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Let's assume your target weight is 120 lbs and that your post partum weight will be 168 lbs. By eating only three regular meals with no snacks, and no soda pops you should be able to gradually lose weight.

Of course you will. You have baby weight inside of you. There is all of the afterbirth to come out. You will need to exercise and watch your diet for the rest of it. You also have breast milk weight. If you breast feed they say it helps you lose weight after birth also. Congratulations and good luck. I hope it is an easy birth.

im sorry sweety, yet 5"3 is merely too short to be a stick insect. Kate Moss have been given crap for being too short..and he or she is 5"7. maximum supermodels are 5"9 and taller. it is user-friendly to have the possibility to be a commercial type and each thing, merely not a stick insect. sorry :(
