if the guy is a good one, of course! there are SO many different preferences in the world, just think of how many different couples are out there that some people wouldnt look twice at them, whether they're considered "pretty" or not. if this guy is an asshole and listens to his friends, he is NOT worth it! much of whats considered pretty to a guy is a girls personality, how she treats him and other people. there are some "pretty" people out there, who know it and are horrible on the inside. if you glow from inside, the outside usually follows. if he's a keeper, the only thing that should matter is your chemistry together, not your chemistry with his friends, or his friends opion of you.

A man would, but a boy would not, and that refers to his mental development. If he is still insecure and affected by peer pressure, he may stand her up to gain kudos in front of the people he thinks are more important than himself.
If he's desperate, but shallow, he will date her away from those important peer role models
If however he is happy with himself, then what the rest of the world thinks is unimportant, if she floats his boat, then as long as she is willing, she will have to fight him off.
Would she still go out with him, if her mates thought he was boring? - its a two way street :0)

Beauty some say is skin deep, but i dont believe that as there is a lot of beauty to be found within

If you like the girl, who cares what your mates think. If they are proper mates then they won't comment in a horrible way about her. If they do say horrible things about her looks, dump your mates.

Well at the end of the day, it's not his mates that are going out with you is it! don't bother about what his mates think, if you like him, and he likes you then go for it, what have you got to loose?

A guy wouldn't go out with some one if they didn't find them attractive in some way, and some one shouldn't let their friends control their life, it only causes problems down the road.

it depends what kind of boy he is. if he is a kind and more or less a gentlemen then i think he wouldnt mind what they thought. but if he was a tag along, then i think he would hold bak. i think i have answered one of your questions before, about what to wear?? well if its the same guy, i think what you need to do is make friends with his friends. once you have made good freinds whith his, then they will give him the "go ahead" when you start to show sighns that you like him? u understand? lol gud luk! xxx

i find it hard to date a man that my mates think is unattractive. however with blokes its different if its meant to be its meant to be just relax go with the flow and enjoy it. if it doesn't work atleast you've had fun trying. x good luck x
