I believe this though...God will not give problems which you will not be able to handle (you say that I am a religious, yes). So I guess that's right. The more pain you can, the more pain you'll have, because you'll be able to handle it. God knows your capabilities and gives you trials to manage.

But this answer of mine can lead to new questions I know; why some people commit suicide in the burden of the trials in their life. Then you will have the conception that God give problems to people which they can't really manage....

But for me, it is not the case that God gave problems to those who can't handle them. Rather, we really DO have the capability...it's just that we THOUGHT that we CAN'T.

I've lived with chronic pain since I was 14. That's 26 years now, which means that I've had a bit of time to consider this.

For the most part, we can handle far more than we think we can. When it comes to it, you just do it, finding whatever way works. Some people use the idea of God to do that.

I also know that not all pain goes away just by positive thinking. Some of it is just physical.

But the bottom line is that I am forced to spend so much of my energy coping the physical problems that I'm unable to contribute as much to society as I would like to. Imagine being able to see your potential and know that you'll NEVER live up to it. If God is responsible for that, then he's really twisted, sick and counter-productive.

No. The truth is: God won't GIVE you anything that you're not ready for. This is includes blessings, pleasure, and pain.

A lot of people pray for all types of things like money, love, and peace of mind, but they live off of hope instead of living by the commandments. The commandments and judgements are guidelines to help you live a better life. That's all. They're supposed to keep you from suffering and living foolishly. They're supposed to keep you from pain.

The story of Job is supposed to give hope. Think about it. This was a man who was perfect - or the most upright or something. If he was the most perfect person yet made to suffer.... and we are not as perfect as he, do you think that we will escape suffering at some point in our lives? It's a parable, but it's true. Everyone will suffer at some point. But you don't live off of hope. Don't sit around and live in the past. You don't worship the dead. You pray that the person is in a better place - with you or looking over you. The spirit always survives death. Remember that.

So, you keep on living, do the right things, and remain faithful to what you have been taught (the commandments and judgements) and goodness WILL follow you all the days of your life. You just have to be strong and have courage.

God gave you a free-will to learn and study all Wisdom and Knowledge. It's up to you to receive it and do with it what you want to do with it.

Death is natural. So is pain. But to have Faith will make you extraordinary and give you the strength to handle it all.

No, I don't think that, though I do wonder sometimes why some people suffer more than others. I have to accept that God has a plan and knows what He is doing. I feel that He wants us to learn something while we are here, and if pain is a part of my lesson, then I have to live with that. I have lived with chronic pain for 13 years and have been quite miserable with it a times, but somehow it has become much better. Modern medicine has not been able to help me- surgeries, therapies and medicines didn't help, but now, somehow, I am feeling much better. It can only be God. Maybe I have finally learned about tolerance and compassion and He has a new lesson for me...

Life is pain and pain is not letting go of change and moving with the transition of what is.....Period.

We cause our own pain from our, thwarted intentions, incomplete conversations or unfulfilled expecations not being completed and thereafter live in a jungle of incompletions, of which we create drama from, by assuming our hard luck story is "the truth" conceptualising it is,enroling others and wipping it up into agreement for attention. This is also a sign of a person with a weak personality who needs to do some serious work on their own phsychology and to stop abdicating responsibility for what they cause in their space and in others space.

Ignorance is the root of all evil not money, an example of this is the Taliban telling their wives that their dead husbands didnt pray enough thats why they are dead.

God has nothing to do with the equation and very often used by
ignorant people as an excuse to justify what cant be explained.

You'd be amazed at the amount of people attached to the world running their way and wonder why they get upset that it doesnt, the key is to learn to be ok with the as the world is, when you shift the world shifts around you and not the other way around.

Its all perspective! so choose again to be a creator of circumstances not a victim of them.

Keep religion out of it and learn to be ok with the way it is, instead of trying to manipulate it to be your way, that way you'll find it all works perfectly if you allow it to, you give it the space to be and the space will allow you to be.

If you do what works you get what works! every single time! and you know what works! if you don't think so then stop living in Eygpt in D'Nile.

Follow your intuition it never lets you down, ask a female that and if you want examples of drama ask them that too.(it's disguised as drama in order to manipulate men to get what they want).

Need i say more? Pain = Your resistence to what is and validates you being attached to contolling it to "being" and "looking" "your" way, rather than the way it is.

Life is temporary. Life is just a test. Life is relatively really short when you compare it to the eternal hereafter. Maybe God puts pain in our life so we can turn back to him. The more pain in this life the more bliss in the next.

Not true. Some people do not experience any pain at all. That is what life is about. Not everyone has to go through those pains.

God is a giver... nothinng more. God give us the desires of our hearts. If we think, even on a subconcious level ( in our hearts)that we deserve less or something bad, or worry about something to much it can manifest. That is how much we are connected to God all the time. If we think positive and reprogram our subcouncious through affirmations to do the same...we can move mountains!!! It is tough but it can be done. our thoughts are so so powerful

No indeed, sir! God does NOT distribute pain. We humans brought pain, death, illness and all the other evils of this world upon ourselves by rebelling against God and disobeying Him.

When my son was born deaf, some of my Christian friends suggested it was because God knew my wife and I could handle it.

As ridiculous as it sounds, those were the well-meaning ones. Some others suggested that he was born deaf because neither of us believed in God.

Go figure.
