I went to my friends house, and a girl I used to date who was spending time with us, went off with her boyfriend and had sex, and came back half an hour later. Why do I care that they had sex? Should I even care? This just pissed me off, and I do not know why. Any opinions or comments on this are greatly appreciated, please do not flame.
I see her maybe 1 or 2 times every 6 months.

Because you still have feelings for her that you don't want to admit to yourself, then it means that you have to hurt more and don't want to go through that anymore... Just get through the feelings you hide from yourself and that hurt will go away...

Well, I agree with the rest that you probably do have some feelings for the girl. Maybe not so much that you're still in love with her, but having had a past it's natural to still care for her.
But i guess if it was me, it'll probably be more the "knowledge" of them having sex. Even if it's just friends, i dun feel comfortable. Yeah i know ppl do it anytime and probably anywhere but seriously it's something i dun really want to know. It's private and having the whole world know you have had sex it's upsetting coz we're not getting it at that point too.

want to know why you care? because you probably still have some unresolved feelings for her, don't be mad it's completely normal for us to feel that way when we run into our ex and see them with somebody else....it's weird b/c our whole day could be going great until we run into the ex....we may not even want them back...however we still get that jittery feeling in our stomach...and what i think happens is memories start to come back and we start to get a lil sad/jealous because they are spending their time with someone else....so don't let it get you down i'm pretty sure alot of ppl do that when they run into their ex.

it's simple you have feelings for her...either that or you don't like her boyfriend and think he treats her unkindly and the idea of them having sex just pisses you off. Or you hold resentment to the fact that, they have somethign you don't...maybe you wish you were going with your gf in the other room and having sex? I would bet it was one of those three reasons.

Of course it's hard for you to see this because you used to date eachother. I would prob feel the same way as you did. Don't worry to much about.

Could be one of two things.. you still have strong feelings for this girl or you are not with someone and feeling the pains of that. I wouldnt dwell on it..it will just cause you more grief.
