okay i'm 13yrs old n i sort of like this guy. we talk on MSN IM and he says "love you" and "how you doin" n "what are you doin" a lot..i dont know if he likes me or if thats how guys act around friends that are girls.
please help me!! girls and guys!

okay heres what u should do first of all did u meet him on internet if so stay away from him if u know him in real life and he sais i love you and everything he probably does but if hes your age first you do is give him hints back like when he sais i love you say u love him back and if on msn put a heart and kiss but problem is i have a best friend thats a girl and when we talk we always say i love you back but we arent in love so your situation is tough ... basic thing is just to get a friend to find out who he likes and stuff that always works out but dont ask urself cuz then he knows that you like him. listen we dont have much of an age difference . I'm 17. I've met a few nice people over the net . but when your talking to a guy and the words love you come on the screen.. just log of. come on you dont now him what he does what he really likes. nothing. you only now what he wants to tell you. dont get to attached. chatting is for fun. so have fun. and tomorrow while going to school have a look around..there are so many people that you could actually meet...

well it depends, if you usually spend a lot of time with the same group of friends then that is normal. its a constant thing in my group and we have been hanging out for 10 years. Not so much now that we have families and a lot of other things to do but you can bet from Jr high and thru Highschool we all talked every day. if you situation isn't like mine then I think this guy likes you

Do you know this guy outside of the internet?
If you do, he probably likes you cause it's just weired to say you love someone else for guys. Guys are usually pretty sensitive bout the L word when they're younger.

Assuming that he is your age, it sounds like he likes you, alot. Most guys don't act that way unless they like some one. I can't tell you what to do next, but I'm sure you will figure things out.

sounds more like friendly affection. a good way to also tell is to see if he says 'I love you' or just 'love you'. The 'I' is very important, it he says 'I love you' it may be more than just friendliness.
