help with asking a girl to be my girlfriend?

ok theres a girl ive liked for a whil and i want to know the best way to ask her to be my girlfriend should i do it during before after or out of school so help thanks

Maybe wait for her after school, just not to be seen by other people - that will be just.. more nice... And do not be so straight. Talk to her, be nice, look inteligent;) And remember about niuances.... We, girls, are not like you - you need to be told everything clearly and easily, cause you have problems with getting;)

Out of school, so there's not so much pressure.
It sort of depends on your age. If your still in school, just be like "hey well I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me but it's okay if you say no because i'll understand.."
If your an adult, then just go up to her, maybe with a rose or some flowers, and say something like "Would you like to be my girlfriend".
Make sure to have a little romance added in, with flowers, or candles, etc. Girls like that.
