Cole Slaw is grated Onions, Carrots and Cabbage and you need something to bind it with. So it is your choice "Shredded Veg" or "Cole Slaw"
You can just put a vinegar, oil, salt dressing on the grated vegetables or you could add Creme Fraise or Fromage Frais.

INGREDIENTS
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 carrot
1/4 onion, chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup white sugar
DIRECTIONS

COLESLAW WITH YOGURT DRESSING
Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
6 cups thinly sliced cabbage (about 1 large)
4 medium carrots, shredded
1 cup thinly sliced red onion (about 1 large)
1/2 teaspoon dill seeds
In a large bowl whisk together yogurt, mustard, water, and lemon juice and add remaining ingredients, tossing to combine well. Season coleslaw with salt and pepper. Coleslaw may be made 1 day ahead and chilled, covered.
Each serving about 68.1 calories and 1.1 gram fat (15% of calories from fat)
