The truth is, you can't do anything. If you really love her, she will be a part of you forever. If you tell someone, like a close friend or counselor or adult you trust, though, it might help you get her off your mind a little more. As for school, though, you can think about her but in a different way. Be like "If so-and-so knew I was getting horrible grades because of her, she'd feel really bad so I should work harder to impress her," or "So-and-so would not be happy if she knew I failed this exam."
With the women you turn down, well, if you don't like them, then turn them down. No point in dating someone if you don't have feelings for them..Even if they are for a girl you can't have.
Hope this helps ^_-

you've got to tell her what you feel;how it feels. tell her by having an honest conversation or if not through letters. if all ways have been exhausted and she still doesn't want you back, then you have to let go of what you feel for her. you are still young, do other things to forget her like start studying your lessons, join school activities, be a student leader and have fun doing all these things.

Try and seek the help of a psychologist before things get out of hand. Good luck.
