1) Can the software Anim8tor make animation movies?
2) If Anim8tor can make movies, then which should I download... Anim8tor or Blender?

anim8or is very old school lookingand its complicated blender is alot more user friendly and it can make good movies.

yeah they do not make movies, but they make animated scenes which can embedded in the movies.

i think its best download the blender den the animator...
