Is God something fabricated from the arrogant minds that actually believe that in this huge never ending universe and our mere insignificant size and intellect that He would actually make us the centre of his universe figuratively speaking...?
Why do some people think that He only see and helps them in particular?

It seems ,by seeing around all civilizations that GOD is a creation or outcome of human mind's in-capabilities to handle the unwanted,feared,unaccepted situations.IT(the mind) evades and holds something (call it GOD) which may gives him his kind of consolations.
Because it is a concept passed on generation to gen ration and it nourishes by individuals through his level of personal trust on it, everybody think that He only helps them....

I would respond positively with negative overtones by saying yes and no, but possibly not or could be but then again not really.
In other words...if you don't like god or the belief in god...than don't believe. I am an atheist and I have no trouble letting others believe what they want.
So please, STFU and let people be who they want. Or if you have to ask questions like this...why not do so without prejudicial language?
