To get things out, I'm Christian so yeah. . .anyways

1) A man who does not believe in God, but is honest, modest, nice, and an all around good person who never "sins"

2) A man who sins like there is no tomorrow, but worships Jesus and God and also practices his faith, he also repents on all those sins, but this guy is bad in his actions.

Which one should go to Heaven?

Okay the first guy does sin, but in society's norm, it is not that big of a deal

Both if they trusted in Jesus Christ for their salvation. #2 makes no sense. If you are alive in Christ you are dead to sin. If you truly believe that you are in Christ you would not "sin like there was no tomorrow."

All have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God.

1) There is no such thing as a man who never sins. God will be the judge of this person, not me.

2) A person who worships God would not be living in sin. Does a person purposely offend someone they love? Practicing your faith means wanting to please God. Repenting means turning away from your sin. God does not reward hypocrisy.

Live life as upright possible, regardless of one's religion or leanings.

I'm trying my best as well!

Cos it could be that The Almighty out of his Pre-Eternal Love and Mercy, unveils The Truth in its Pristine Form, to the 'good-hearted' person, who then believes in this Truth, as there can be no doubt or confusion with this unveiling.

The onus for the living is thus to be as 'good-hearted' as possible, whatever that may be. Worship may help one to be 'good-hearted'.

It's the sincere intention at last that counts!

BTW, one can't sin and worship with the same fervour all the time. When the sun rises, darkness disappears. The Law must be with the Spirit of the Law. Body and Soul.

Unless, of course one worships the wrong one.

And going to Heaven is totally up to God, not because of one's worship. "Through worship, not because of worship"!

#1, those are the people I think go to heaven. However, take away the "never sins" part. We all sin at one time or another, but I think what is important is trying to live the best life possible.

Well neither of 'm goes to heaven since there is no heaven, but the sad part is that most christians would vote for no.2 to go to heaven. You can be as good as you want, but according to the people who do believe in heaven you wont be good enough to enter their fictive paradise. I think that's really awful. That would mean that both my parents would be burning in hell right now and they have been really great people who have helped other people out a lot. It just does not make sense.

Nobody can say who goes to heaven and who doesn't, only God can decide that. What I know is that you have to believe in God first and anything else can be forgiving to the sole discretion of God. Let me ask you: If you don't believe why worry about who goes to heaven or not?

Neither because the Earth was not created, simply for nothing,No, God Created the Earth to be inhabited by mankind, not just as a place that they would live on for a while and then go somewhere else to live afterward, that was not God's plan, God's plan was for humans to live on earth forever in happiness and peace, to enjoy life, that can be seen, in the way man was created, The Earth was created in a thoughtful manner for before man was it was prepared to provide everything that man neded to live comfortably and, in a way, that made it possible for him to enjoy life, to the full!.(Isaiah45:18) and the heavens is where God created a place for him to live and for the angels or his spirit sons. So when the Bible talks about living forever it is talking about God's original purpose to be fulfilled and mankind living happily on earth in peace and happiness forever, not in heaven.
