I have a tread mill and plan to use that for half hour to an hour every evening. What foods should I eat? I know I need to drink my 6 to glasses of water a day! Anyone who has had weight loss success your advice would be greatly appreciated. I am just needing a plan and I know it sounds silly but I need someone to tell me what to do I need that motivation! Thank you and please only serious answers.
By the way I am 25 five foot three 160 pounds. My long term goal is to get back to 120 pounds. But right now I want to lose 15. And its healthy about 2 pounds a week, for seven weeks.

here's something my mum tried and it worked.
breakfast-2 weetbix with skim milk
lunch-meat and salad sandwich
tea-one of those frozen meals(eg lean cruisen)
have a different type of meat on your sandwich everyday and a different frozen meal so you don't get bored.
with snacks just have fruit, carrot and celery sticks and low fat yogurt and make sure you eat every 3 hours.good luck!

You can do it because I did and if I can anyone can so YOU CAN I used a natural and healthy "No Diet" weight loss plan called STACK. It only takes about 15 minutes a day and you don't skip meals or have to buy or eat special foods. I didn't even exercise and I lost 25 pounds in 35 days and 2 3/4" in my waist. A word of advice though, don't buy direct but enroll (it's free to enroll) and you will save some money. Hope this helps

2 pounds a week may be a bit unrealistic since you are only working out for a half hour. But plan to eat lots of veggies and fresh fruit; small amounts of fat, preferably fats that are monounsaturated like olive oil or canola oil; small amounts of meat, fish, or chicken broiled and not fried, and whole grain bread, brown rice, barley, etc. Stay away from candy, unless it is 70% cocoa solids chocolate (and then in very small quantity). Also stay away from fried foods, white breads, white pasta, white rice, any carb that has most of the bran taken away. Those kinds of carbs are converted to sugar very rapidly in the body and then stored as fat. The good carbs take longer to digest and are healthier for you. You need some to keep your system working, so a serving of bran flakes or oat bran cereal or oatmeal in the morning with skim milk and fresh fruit is heathy for you and will help you have a balanced diet. Eating the American or British breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, fried potatoes, pancakes, etc will defeat your diet.
If you can stick to the healthy foods, you will find that you have more even energy during the day to stay active. The idea is not just to lose weight in the short term, but to keep it off. To do that you can't do a fad diet that is so extreme you could never live with it. And you should not deprive yourself of the things your body needs because it will just give you the "craves".
Good luck, and stay healthy!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
