The closest I ever got to getting something that would answer your question was by reading Dr. Michael Newton's books: Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls.
I believe in what people in the book said about all the levels of soul knowledge and development. In Destiny of Souls there is a gorgeous account of a level "blue" soul that tells of what happens to those who unite with the God-force (the ones you are asking about).
Check these books out. You might or might not find what you are looking for...

After the soul has taken sufficient rebirths, to taste all the desires, enjoy all and suffer all, it goes out of the net of Nature which keeps her in a body (physical or astral)...and merges with the supreme consciousness called God..and never take birth.
It is like a drop of water falling into the ocean, all becomes ocean..and no separate drop
This process of soul's evolution can be increased in many folds by Yoga and Mediation... in which the bond attaching the individual soul to the Ego, is lessened and all past karmas are destroyed by Tapas..and the soul becomes free without undergoing millions of births

That soul is said to have reached parinirvana or beyond nirvana. But Buddha when asked, said the Nirvana could not be described. Even less so can parinirvana be described, except to say that it is the highest state that can be achieved, one of total oneness and contentment.

As you ascend to more enlightened states of consciousness the need for reincarnation to work through karma diminishes.
