Well... it is a stupid question... but part of my assignment.

well its hard to say which are the most dangerous because they are all really bad often in different ways, however Meth is definitley the worst out of all of those then probably Heroin and Cocaine-not nessarily because they are woorse for you but more because they are a drug someone uses on a more consistant basis Ecstasy can often be woorse considering it can put holes in your brain, but typically it is not used on a daily basis where as someone who is addicted to cocain or heroin uses daily or numerous times a day.

Generally speaking, I would have to say that Ecstasy and Cocaine rank the deadliest. Ecstasy has no pharmaceutical clearance, and is not recognized as a medicine. Cocaine HCl can be used to increase a heart rate, such as in heart surgery, though this method has been replaced by more conventional drugs. Heroin breaks down into Morphine, and vice versa, when metabolized. Morphine is a CII controlled substance, as are amphetamines. This is actually a bad question if it truly is an assignment. Because Cocaine HCl is a CII by law. Heroin has no therapeutica value, so is classified as a CI while morphine is a CII. Amphetamines are a CII by law, and Ecstasy is not scheduled because it is not a pharmaceutical drug.
In order from most dangerous to least dangerous, in my opinion.
1. Ecstasy
2. Cocaine
3. Amphetamines
4. Heroin
You have 3 "uppers" and 1 "downer". I do not see how your teacher can use this as a question due to no proof existing on which drugs are "more dangerous" than others. Any one of the above drugs can kill you on the first dose.

What I was tought in therapy is that the one ''drug'' that kills brain cells is alcohol. (Of course sniffing gas, paint and other inhalants will also kill cells.) Drugs basically break the links between cells, which would explain why drug users often become mentally ill with schizophrenia and psychosis. Their perception of reality is only what their brain receives, which is only part of what is really there. They rest their brain makes up. Alcohol abusers end up with slow and distorted speach as well as other symptoms of the same nature.
The drug that causes the strongest mental addiction is cocaine. Physical, probably Heroin. Like another person said, all drugs have their own downsides. Ecstasy attacks the nervous system directly, often causing parkinsons disease. Amphetamines cause serious depression when one stops using abruptly. Here we have the 3 main groups of drugs: Heroin: Depressant Amphetamines and cocaine: Stimulants Ecstasy: Disturber I'd say from less dangerous to most dangerous: Amphetamines, Cocaine, Ecstasy, Heroin. This is probably the answer you wanted, in terms of fatality. I based my answer on the type of drugs they are and how they would affect someone physically in the long term. If we're looking at the addictive aspect of the drugs, then I'd say Ecstasy, Amphetamines, cocaine, heroin.

a general rule to go by if it is against the law then one should not take it...
the drugs on you list are all equal in being dangerous, they burn your brain cells...a person is born with so many brain cells and when one does drugs like the ones you mentioned, it fries the brain cells,[kills them] and the brain cells do not reproduce so each time one does these does, they are slowly killing themselves... [ to see this for yourself, take a walk in any major city, and watch the people that are walking around in a daze and do not know what day it is or their own name...it is a pity to see and know that these people did drugs or are doing them .......they are scary and appear hopeless.....

I'd say heroin, ecstasy, meth and coke. Altough all of the above are fatal. It's hard to OD in coke unless you're shooting it up. Meth causes more bodily harm than death, although labs blowing up kills people. Ecstasy can kill you your first time. Heroin is often used in suicide, by shooting up big amounts.

least to worst pot, mushrooms, opium, peyote, painkillers, crack, cocaine, heroin, exstacy, (cuz coke, mescaline, heroin, meth and other **** is added not to mention the mdma) amphetamines and crystalmethamphetamine
