Nothing is illegal about it unless you have sex.
Then you are both committing felony crimes and could be prosecuted. But other than that, it's fine for you to have a 15 year-old gf.

Well, you're both under the legal age so I don't know what would be wrong with it. The only problem would be that when you turn 18 that would make you an adult as far as these situations go and, if you are having sex with 15 or 16 year old, you could get arrested for statutory rape. I'd think about finding someone else a little older!!

I can't imagine that in America, the land of the free and the home of the brave would have a law about who can like who at what age.

If you are talking sexual encounters, then that is different.

Liking can't be legislated.

What are you talking about, going to a movie? Is that against the law?

As long as you're not having sex with her and you are not over 18, then it should be fine. But once you are 18 you better walk on yout tippy toes around her parents.

Good luck.

yes, if the parents dont want you around their 15 year old you could get in trouble. its best if you talk to the parents and ask if you could come around and see her in their presense. maybe chaparoned. win the parents trust and always ask their permission first.
