I haven't seen a lot of Taiwanese language material on the web, but here are a few sites that you might find useful:

It's pretty hard to find Taiwanese classes since it's not that common of a language. Your best bet is to find a Taiwanese community and get involved there, or maybe hire a private tutor. Good luck!

Do you mean Taiwanese, or Mandarin?
On the island of Taiwan, everyone speaks Mandarin Chinese as the official language. Taiwanese, which is not Chinese, is spoken by some people in some regions.

........ Just so you know, I'm Asian (if you can't tell from my avatar). All of my family was born in Taiwan save for me (born in the States), so my mom and dad speak Taiwanese. But... I CAN'T! Sooo... this is just to warn you, it's a native language, and it's REALLY hard to speak (I can't... v.v'...). Of course, if you're Asian, then... I say go for it if you really want to. However, I don't think that any site can teach you how to speak Taiwanese. You've got to pay for classes (if there are any) in order to learn it. Hell, I think you've got to practically live in a household that speaks it in order to learn it fluently. Just stick to Mandarin.

for those who plan to visit Taiwan, you must be taught Taiwanese... that's pinyin + Traditional characters... so known as Mandarin -- that is how foolish individuals name Chinese language -- teaches Simplified characters for you to be out of use for you in Taipei (that's TaiBei correctly)...
