YES .
I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA
MY DOGS MUST HAVE A CHIP BY JAN.1,2007 OR I WILL PAY A $500. FINE PER DOG.
THE CHIP IS SMALLER THEN A GRAIN OF RICE.
BUT HAS ALL MY INFO ON IT.
I WILL NEVER TAKE IT.
I HAVE TALK TO MANY WHO THINK IT IS A GREAT WAY TO STOP ID. THEFT.

I think that if we'd be denied the right to buy food because we refused to have a chip implanted in our bodies, that something is gone wrong in the world.
