So, you are hoping to be a six footer. Inheritance plays a great role but another factors have great influence as well. Simple things you can do to make your hope into high possibility:

>>Exercise regularly to keep all your system healthy thus growth will be enhanced.

>>Stay away from any environmental pollutants as this affects the growth hormones activities.
>>Keep out of smoking and any unhealthy habits and practice.
Do your best to achieve the maximum potential of growth, you are still at the stage where growing is still at its active period.♥

Ask your parents what age they reached their current height take that and add them together and divide by 2. If that number is above were you are now then make a graph of how much you grew from ages 10-15. The peak of that should be when that most growing see if you will grow anymore.

I'm about 5'6 and I already reached that size, when I was 14, so I don't think you will grow much more. I'm happy with my size, and I think it looks nice to be not too tall, for a woman.

Sorry dear, not much you can do. The bright side is most don't stop growing until around 18...you could still grow a few more inches. If not, learn to love yourself for yourself!

your 15 you will grow some more up until your 18. at 35+ you'll start shrinking.
you could look into the surgery that break you knee caps and enhance your legs. I seen it on inside editon to make dwarfs taller. best of luck.

simply stretches wont help.u must massage ur limbs.u must drink loads of water and have calcium n protein supplements.must do vigorous exercise such as min 2 hrs of swimming a day n remember autosuggestion works too.....n never forget that nothing is impossible but u need to put in the effort to achieve any sort of targets

Height is determined by genetics. You might not of gotten your fathers height gene like your brothers.
