Wow, that's a new one! I have been doing research on Tourettes for the last two years. I have never heard of nicotine for this. Please document, as I like to stay current on all treatments, information, and developments.

My best-friend has Tourette's Syndrome..I dont think she has ever tried the nicotine patch Nor does she even know about it as a treatment...Lana

The only drug I've taken was a low dose of Haldol, and it totally messed with my though processes & emotions, so I got off it ASAP. I've heard good things about the nicotine patch, but don't have anything firsthand to go off of.

I have moderate TS and have heard of experiments with the nicotine patch. But I've never actually tried it.

Hi,,, hmm,, i have not heard of this before,,,, i dont have Tourettes,, but i do have a tendancy to be "high strung" emotionally,, lol... and i am a smoker sorta,,,, i will give this a try and see what it does...

Nicotine does not work for TS... where did this come from?? I'm a smoker and it hasn't helped me.
