He is an African American male and he is really crazy about them but he does not know how to approach them he still has this plan ttaion mentality. What would you advise him?

Approach them as he would anyone. If they are interested they will respond. I am a Caucasian woman, and have been approached by many African American men (though have never dated one), What I usually disliked was the hey baby waz up routine. Be genuine, all women like genuine men, not the BS facade.

To talk to her as if she was any other female. There is no certain way to holla at different races of women. But from personal experiance I wrote do you like me? circle yes or no. She actually did it and we were together for a while.....and I was 20.
