I've started about three months ago at this new job. I like everything except my boss who is paying way too much attention to me. He has already tried to kiss me once. When I complain about it he threatened to get me fired. The other workers warned me that I will get nowhere in reporting him since his the big boss's son in law. Any suggestions what I should do?

There is actually a clever way you can get out of a situation like this. You can eat lots of garlic and make sure you breathe in his face each time he gets near you. You can also abstain from bathing for a few days (just remember to warn your co-workers about this!) and lift your arms up high when he gets in your space. Another plan is to become friendly with him, then ask his advice on how to handle the possibility that your boyfriend/husband has given you some sexual disease! Good luck!

I do not know where you are working or situated but there` are laws in working places and cases for sexual harrasment regardless of whose son it is.

You need to talk to someone real serious. another thing, it is your life, Are you wiling to trade yourself fo such a moron? How would you ever live with such? Find a way you cab get this reported and action taken. this way you wil be a hero, you will save the many girls who have had to go through this moron.

I believe that a woman is not a chattel to be touched and felt like tomatoes in the market place or stores. Put some serious dolar value on yourself and tel yourself you are not arunnover but some dick, then tell it out and kick some behinds!

At least do something, make a diference. if you are to lose a job becasue you refused to be toued around, you wil mak history, the others who did not live in shame!

Hard one to reply, however I do not know many firms that experience a md like that which are triumphant, a manufacturer has to have a chief in any other case all will fall apart. This obstacle will simplest worsen there's no doubt approximately that except any individual can educate your boss into know-how her behaviour. She has a few form of underlying crisis and that demands to be handled. Unless this occurs then I believe you'll be able to appear for a brand new activity.

Document... Document... Document... write everything down on paper... times/dates/person... after you compile a significant amount of paperwork... Bring it to the big boss (even if it means you'll get fired)... I understand you don't want to get fired...
But... what he's doing is WRONG and should be stopped... firing you will not stop his harrassment and abuse of others... take a stand...
If they do fire you for it... sue the living **** outta them... even if you don't get fired... document any hostilities that arise after you have reported the problem (part of sexual harrassment in the workplace is "creating a hostile environment")...
Either way... your boss is in a lose/lose situation...

well you should always know that there IS a higher power...tell the big boss that he will be reported to the bureau of better businesses if he doesn't stop your boss from doing that and he should listen... make sure you have proof of your boss doing this kind of stuff like a recording of him saying something to you thats seems loike sexual harrassment! if you get fired you can take it to court!!!
