no, but you can make your own herbal tea.. slice a few slices of orange peel in a kettle, throw in a piece of cinnamon stick, 2 clove nails, and a slice or two of apple. let boil 5 min, strain, add honey or sugar and its delicious. has a drop of vitamin c in it.

I have never heard of orange herbal tea, but it sounds refreshing on a cold winter day!
My advice would be to read the labeling on the box. Most products if they contain something like Vit. or other healthy nutrients will state it is in their packaging.

If it's herbal it should because it should have some orange in it although I doubt it's the best source for vitamin C.

just so you know vit c is very sensitive to atmospheric oxygen so anything dried is going to loose alot. also heat will kill off another percentage.
my advice is not to get your hopes up.
