Are we controling YOUR anger or someone elses? If its you, When you feel a fight coming on. WALK AWAY. Don't yell, scream, hit...Nothing, just walk away. If its somebody else, Same theory applies. When you see the fight brewing. Leave the room.

First why are you angry? What are the triggers (incidents) that spike it. Once those triggers are found you can use other methods to help sway anger.

I know. I was very angry for a long time and didn't know why. I was family issues and I was always the one being put in the middle and I finally told them. Hey, like i'm the youngest you older people need some common sense and deal with your own problems and walked away.

When my family calls now. I don't even say hello. I have caller id. I answer it. If your going to start I'm hanging up.

I got help I went to see a therapist a psychologist. She helped me with other ways to divert my anger, but you should know that anger can be part of depression.

The ways i divert it is to walk away, laugh at my families stupidity, I stand up for myself, I make myself happy first, I mediate, listening to music, and i act like a goof sometimes.

its not a big deal to control anger. first f all u should know the reason for your anger and then think whether the reason is really good for you to get angry. if yes, then try to remove the cause from you or else you try to come out of the cause. i'm sure either of them will work. best of luck.

Accepting what is negative... you cease to have anger for what you don't prefer... also try bringing full awareness to your anger so it transforms into compassion.
