Just be very subtle, show your sweet side but don't try so hard. Don't seem to obsess over her, kick it down a few notches. You can still be romantic, just make sure not to come across as too feminine or lovey dovey. You can do sweet things for her and she will get the hint, you don't need to "show" her you are a romantic.

The secret to this is never, EVER overdo it! I know countless guys who try to get everyone to think that they're romantic and wonderful when it really just seems creepy. Like this one guy I knew...he had a crush on a girl, and she got a little sick, so he left his dorm and walked for an hour to get medicine for her from a drugstore. When he came back two hours later, she already had medicine from the hilltop drugstore, and she didn't give a crap about the fact that he went to get her medicine. See, that's totally overdoing it (and ill-thought out, not to mention). If you want to be ROMANTIC, you have to do little things: and not just for one girl, because then she knows you're only doing it to woo her. You have to do these little things for all girls, and then by their own little gossipy nature, it'll spread. So if one girl happens to mention that gummy bears are her favorite candy, pretend you didn't really take notice of it. Then if you catch her feeling down another day, bring her a bag of gummy bears. Stuff like that, not too psycho, but subtly sweet. You can also play the gentleman, holding doors open for girls, stuff like that. You can't really EXUDE a sense of romance, but do it for enough girls, and they'll take notice/spread the word.
