You really have to pee, but you can't? Like, what I'm thinking, is you haven't peed in, like, two days, and you're literally about to burst, and suddenly, you get a hard-on. What happens then? If it doesn't go away in time, does your bladder, just, explode?

Just to clarify, "we" is my friend and I, and I'm not wondering because of any real life situation. It's late, and our minds were wandering,, and we just want to know.
And guys can't pee when they have a hard-on. So stop telling me they can.

male or female if urine isnt passed it backs up in your system and in just a few days can kill you. so dont even dream of it.

Its obvious that your talking about a male in this situation and that they must have a infection in their urinary tract so get medical help quickly before their bladder explodes! And yes you do get a hard on when your sleeping and you have to urinate, its the bodies defense against going when its not suppose to. Little children urinate the bed because their minds haven't developed enough to prevent this from happening so they pee the bed. Tell your friend to get medical help NOW! Also it is good to drink cranberry juice to help keep your urinary track clean, but don't encourage your friend to drink anymore until they have seen a doctor, it is very dangerous!!!

You can still pee if you have a hard-on, so it wouldn't happen. It's not like one prevents you from doing the other, just makes it a little more awkward lol.

I don't know who this "we" is, but it means thay you are dehydrated. You should drink more water and juices (apple and cranberry or apple cranberry is best).
