Yes, and for the misguided fellow Allah is arabic word for God (The Father) whom Christians refer too. He alone we pray too.
[003:076] Yes, whoever fulfils his pledge and fears Allâh much; then verily Allâh loves those who are Al-Muttaqûn (the pious. See V.2:2).
[060:008] Allâh does not forbid you to deal justly and kindly with those who fought not against you on account of religion nor drove you out of your homes. Verily, Allâh loves those who deal with equity.
[002.222].....Truly, Allâh loves those who turn to Him in repentance and loves those who purify themselves (by taking a bath and cleaning and washing thoroughly their private parts and bodies for their prayers).
[005:093] Those who believe and do righteous good deeds, there is no sin on them for what they ate (in the past), if they fear Allâh (by keeping away from things forbidden by Him), and believe and do righteous good deeds, and again fear Allâh and believe, and once again fear Allâh and do good deeds with Ihsân (perfection). And Allâh loves the good-doers.
[002.110] And perform As-Salât (the prayers), and give Zakât (obligatory charity), and whatever of good (deeds that Allâh loves) you send forth for yourselves before you, you shall find it with Allâh. Certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what you do.
[002.111] And they say, "None shall enter Paradise unless he be a Jew or a Christian." These are their own desires. Say (O Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]), "Produce your proof if you are truthful."
[002.112] Yes, but whoever submits his face (himself) to Allâh (i.e. follows Allâh's religion of Islâmic Monotheism) and he is a Muhsin then his reward is with his Lord (Allâh), on such shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

Many people don't know what the word Allah means. It means God. When you say God in English it would be translated to Allah in Arabic.
Yes God loves all his followers Jews, Christians, Muslims and the followers of any other religion that was sent by Him.

Yes Allah does love his followers. But I do not agree with "steinwald"
Their is a wrong understanding about killing of innocent people. The followers of Allah are not allowed to kill innocent people. Only killing is allowed during war when you are under attack by some one who does not tolerate Allah and his followers. Those who kill innocent people are not the followers of Allah. Because Allah said to his followers that even in war (when you are under attack by some one who does not tolerate Allah and his followers) to be careful to not hurt even plants, hurting innocent humans thats a big sin that the true followers will not do and risk his entire life in hell.

how do u define love...the love as u comprehend it according to this life?well my brother HE does...this world is alive because of the followers of Allah. You know when the qiamat (the total distruction of every living thing in this world) is gonna occur...it is when there will be not a single person left on the face of the earth who takes Allah,s name...so as long as only one follower is there Allah will not bring the destruction...now you see what is the value of one follower of Allah....start reading the quran with its meaning ..you will understand the love of Allah.......

Sure He does. Above and beyond man's love to Him and to each other.
Allah is also known as Al-Wadud-- The Loving One.
There's a Sufi story narrated by the Great Muslim Saint Syaikh Abdul Qadir Al-Jilani (lived about 900 years ago) of Baghdad, that Abraham was able to reach a divine station that he could see all the bad things people in the nearby lands were doing, presumably worshipping idols.
Abraham got very angry, and prayed to God that these people be killed. God answered his prayer.
It was not long later that God commanded Abraham to sacrifice his son. He agreed and of course as we know, the son was substituted with a ram by the Almighty.
God then told Abraham, that His love for His creations far surpassed that of Abraham's love for his only son! Abraham was told to sacrifice his son only as an act of atonement.
Imagine what more if a person follows God.
God's love of His Creation (not just followers) is manifested through His Love of Muhammad, the Last Messenger. In a Divine Saying, God said "If it were not for you (Oh Muhammad), I would not have made creations".
By extension, a Moslem's love to God is by loving Muhammad first and foremost. Loving Muhammad eventually makes one love and respect all creations.
But this is easier said than done.
OUR love for Him needs to be tested though, to ensure authenticity and sincerity. That's why there's so many trials and tribulations.
These test are only cleaning us of our sins-- better get cleansed here in this world, than in hell-fire!

Well, I'm sure the Followers love Allah, Jesus, Yahweh, the great spirit, Krishna, or whatever God they follow.
but this love is sort of one sided, since the party who is the subject of this love is nonexistent.
