How do you change the time in a EF Ford Fairmont?

There were two systems on most Ford radios. One was to hold in the memory button (with the radio off) and then press the "H" and "M" buttons to set the time. The other ones, you had to put a tape in and then set the time.

Loosen the distributor and turn it very slightly. Of course make sure you have a timing light and know how to use it.
