It depends on if your boyfriend has extra money. Maybe he has too many bills to pay and that comes first. But if he does have a good job and money and still doesn't spend money on you, I would wonder if he's worth the wait.

You shouldn't make people spend money on you. If he wants to buy you something he should just do it..and not because he's being nagged.

Hang on to him. A man that knows how to manage money and not waste it on women is a good candidate for marriage.
