Me and this guy have been way good friends for forever. He wants to date me, but I'm scared that if anything happens it will ruin our friendship. Do I go for it or just stay friends?

how do you feel for him? follow your heart and if relationship does not work out, it doesn't necessarily mean friendship will be ruined too... just face it maturely.

Try going out with him........you never know how it will work out. Ive been with my best friend as boyfriend and girlfriend for over a year and its the best thing ever. And once you go on the date you may realize you do like it or you dont...if not then just tell him how you feel...if hes a true friend he'll respect you for it.

date is nothing but a little higher rank than simple friendship. Just take it very slow you don't have to kiss or anything.
