And look how this question is twisted. My question is one of knowlage. You sit here, and attempt to convert people who do not wish to be converted....just leave them alone. Dont run to someones face and start preaching and what nots. A real turn off.

to make a cool sound. I like it when it sounds really loud. Sometimes I get a whole bunch of bibles together and set them up like a set of drums and thump them really fast whyle using a hammer as drumsticks. Its really FUN.

Peace, that is what I hope for, that is all.

In the words of 'Greta Garbo'," I want to be left alone". I don't preach to anyone, and I appreciate it if other don't preach to me, to convert, or make me feel bad about what I believe. Live and let live.
If someone asked me a question, I try to answer as much as I know. Many times, the question they ask is not really the question,it is just the interlude to the beginning of trails of insults yet to come, entrapment; and when I foolishly answer some of them with complete honest, they in return cry wolf, and stab me in the back. I guess honest is an overrated thing of the past!

If you mean over kill of their religious beliefs, I agree in some cases. I think many use their religions as a shield for their inadequacies. Moreover there is a need for religion, it represents a good policy, an organization of people, humble, with strength but non-aggresive, polite, and even loving at times to their neighbors. But it seems most people need to wear the church around them all day long because once they leave there, shortly after that they become the curse filled morons again, and start that hating and damning all over again Monday morning. The fights that go on amongst the different religious groups like the thing with Islamic,Jews, Christians, Mormons, etc. that is utterly ridiculous. Deep down inside they know it is so rude to foist upon anyone something as personal as the God you believe in, but they will again use it as an excuse to spoil for a fight and try and get over on the other. I think everyone knows by now in the whole world they have a choice to believe inside themselves in who ever they want even Santa Claus. So for sure I agree.

I don't try to convert anybody. I just tell them my beliefs. They believe what they want. However, I continue to stand amazed at all the so called "non-believers" who continue to post ?s to this site when you know what people are going to say. If you didn't think God was real, why won't you drop the subject and stop putting it up for debate. YOu post a question like this..get the answers you are not wanting and then you want to bash the Christians. That's not fair and it's not appreciated. I have not seen a Christian yet bash a non believer. They tell you the truth..you just don't want to believe it but one day you will see.. You seem to think that them telling you truth is "pushing you".. I pray for all of you.

I've received a few "in violation" notifications for speaking my mind in certain thumping questions... I was either insulting, or "defaming"...
It is odd thought, how my answer was nothing compared to some of the other answers I've read, espeically when I knew who it was that reported me...

Anyway, I know many christians whom I respect very much, and as they've said, some of those thumpers, the biased and prejudice too, are what get frowned upon, by many christians, because of such ignorance which makes other cultures think bad of them.

Did you just got up from a long slumber!!!

People here are only answering questions. How many Christians have you seen holding signs, and screaming that they will convert the whole world to their religion. I'll make it easy on you. NONE.
No one is pushing anything on you, and if someone knocks at your door, who wants to preach to you! first find who they are preaching for! and if you don't like it, tell them to go away. and grow up.

In life? I hope to achieve a loving wife and family....a more stable job.

I don't push anyone in any way. But I do let it be known if someone wants to talk about the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazereth, I am a Christian and they can come to me if they have questions.

I guess I'm not doing much thumping! As someone not raised Christian, but came to Jesus due to miracles made in my favour, I understand religion is not attractive to average joe. Most Christians understand that but they cant help speaking Jesus, it is who they are. It is their whole life.

I'm in a unique position to understand both sides. Anyhow, thanks for the question, hope my answer is clear.

God Bless brothers and sisters

Goodnight and good luck to all non christians, pagans, jews, hindus and everyone!

Not everyone is a Bible thumper. It is the same as some athiests, why do they thump people over the head with their beliefs? It just makes people think poorly of them. I am a Christian and I think the best way to minister to someone is to support them, understand why they believe the way they do, love them, and be patient and understanding with them.

As a Christian I will be truthful and so no matter how much most of you hate to admit it he is right, no one but God has the right to judge or condemn someone to hell, some of us need to go to bible study.... and further more you are suppose to live your life in such a way that causes someone to ask what must I do to be saved... as Christians we are suppose to be mindful of our walk. We are not put here to convert but to live as followers of Christ. It is one thing to answer questions but to answer with the truth not anger or strife..... Mind you I said some of us... I hace seen lots of post with people saying consert or die, or going into Athiest post and saying they are going to hell...
