Shirley Temple

oranges slice
ice cubes
6 to 8 oz. 7-Ups
highball glasses
1 oz. grenadines
maraschino cherries

STEP 1: Fill a highball glass 3/4 full of ice cubes.

STEP 2: Pour 7-Up over ice until the glass is almost full.

STEP 3: Add grenadine.

STEP 4: Stir.

STEP 5: Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice.

Tip:
This can be made with ginger ale instead of 7-Up.

A much better Shirley Temple calls for 7-Up (or Sprite, Sierra Mist etc.) in place of the ginger ale, a splash of grenadine, and a cherry for garnish.
