it depends on what kind of radiation he is exposed to..well even sunlight is radiation and we all live ...X rays that are used for imaging are also radiation and no-one dies fron getting x rayed...so it is the type and amount that a person is exposed to..if the radiation can denature the proteins that make up our body and change the DNA that is responsible for all cell divisions then we may not live otherwise our very life is proof that we can survive radiation

People are exposed to what is called background radiation everyday. Radiation naturally exists everywhere around us. People who live in higher altitudes are exposed to more radiation than people who live near sea level or below. Several other factors such as the materials your home is made of, geographical area, etc. affect the amount of radiation you are exposed to.
If some one was exposed to higher than normal amounts of radiation over a long enough period of time that could contribute to illness or death, but it would be dependent on the amount of radiation and the length of time someone was exposed.

OK if the radiation is recived from the doctor the anwser is NO there doing that to kill the caner. there using the radiation in CONTROLLED AMOUNTS so that it is safe. if its not medical radiation it is possible to die with enough exposer

NO no no its not realy a large killer only 13% of all the people in herosema that got hit by the A bomb actually died from radiation.

do you mean radiation therapy for cancer treatment? if so then you need to follow you heart and beliefs whether or not you go through with it. my daughter had radiation therapy but she still died, but she believed in it!
