10 minutes of basic stuff, such as getting warmed up
15 minutes technique sparring and regular sparring
20 minutes reviewing forms, and other stuff which we've learned in the past.
15 minutes more technique sparring and regular sparring

Occasionally, we do some chin na and takedown practice, etc... one hour really isn't enough though... two hour to three hour practices generally are a lot better, at least from what I've experienced.

And to respond to:

"Forms are strenuous and are VERY important. They are how you learn to move quickly and effectively. They are not small thing!"

Forms can teach you how to generate the maximum amount of power for certain stances and the such, but you should know that a lot of it is also used for aesthetic purposes!

Well, you also burn about 1000 calories per every 40 minutes of working out!

By belt moves, do you mean your form? Your statement "Is that it?" is funny. Forms are strenuous and are VERY important. They are how you learn to move quickly and effectively. They are not small thing!
