AADD? do you mean ADHD? ADD's symptoms are :
1) Often becoming easily distracted by irrelevant sights and sounds
2) Often failing to pay attention to details and making careless mistakes
3) Rarely following instructions carefully and completely losing or forgetting things like toys, or pencils, books, and tools needed for a task
4) Often skipping from one uncompleted activity to another.

In all honesty, and even moreso in my opinion, ADD and ADHD and AADD are all a load of garbage. These diagnosis are only a means by which the medical community can make more money off of treatments that need continuous care. The medications are placebos or anti depressants and do nothing for you but create problems instead of solving them. If they can not find a diagnosis on someone that just does not feel that they can pay attention or gets easily distracted, then this is what they are labelled with.
I have problems dealing with authority figures, so I tend to ignore what they have to say. Does that mean that I have AADD? No, it simply means that I believe the person speaking is a schmuck and I do not wish to hear what they have to say!
In the job market, it used to be what you know and what you are capable of doing. But now days it is more along the lines of who you blow or kiss up to that gets you higher paying jobs. That is why the majority of my income is from self employment! I can only blame myself and I do not have to answer to any bigger jerk than I am!

Anxiety, restlessness, concentrating. But, these are common things realted to stress or worrysome also. You'll be okay. I was diagnosed with ADD and refused to take medications and felt it was a "mind over matter" thing...which it is, I feel personally.

To find out for certain, go to your doctor and describe what is happening. It is easy to test for this and the treatment is simple.
