tears are pouring down my face, hands are trembling, all i want is to die, can someone please help me, im sick of pretending to be happy when im not, i hold so much in, please help me.

what is the matter? since how long have you been this way?talk to someone with whom you are open...or else use the anonymity of the net to get all those feelings out before you hurt yourself....one thing if you feel that life is not really worth living you need to see a doc as soon as possible, you can PM me as well using my yahoo id,if you want and i will try to help as best as i can...please do cheer up, remember that till we are alive we are able to solve all problems and problems come just to pass

Been there. At first opportunity, make an appt. with a therapist. You will get an opportunity to talk it out and maybe need some med to relieve this misery until you can learn to cope with it on your own. These feelings are not unusual. You can also call your local Crisis Line, look in phone book. You can remain anonymous. Then I want you to take a pen and paper (lots) and write down all your feelings and thoughts. All of them. This is just for you and no one else has to see them. The reason you are feeling this way is because you have bottled up all your frustrations and feelings and put them away in your mental "closet". Well, now, your closet is full and needs to let go of the things you've been hiding in there. While writing you will get very emotional, that's ok. That is the purpose, to get things out. Write until you are emotionally exhausted. I promise it will help! Then, get to a therapist. God Bless You for reaching out.

Well, I say get a diary and write down all of what you are harbouring and just spill it to the page. It seems to me that you don't want to or have anyone to tell these types of feeling to.Write until you get it all out, til you start to feel calmer and more relaxed. Then in a few days go back and read what you wrote down. After reading it don't sit there analyzing it, rip it out of the Diary and burn it. If it's the same problem keeps on persistening; keep track of it at the middle of your diary using key points ex.(angry at Brother). If this is longer than 3 weeks then you should really gum of the courage and Find someone you trust and get some help. Meaning somethings you can't always cure or take care of on your own. Sometimes it's in your better interest to get someone else to help take care of the issues that are bringing you to the state of pure unhappiness.Take Care Hope this works

I used to feel that way. Don't do it. It is true tomorrow is a better day. You do need to talk to someone just like everyone else is telling you. If you need to cry do it. You do not have to old back. Find someone to talk to. Even they are not a professional. You must keep busy and don't stay alone all the time. It just gives you a reason to think negative thoughts. Keep your mind and body busy. Write your thoughts down too maybe that will help. Remember you do not have to hold everything in. Sing, go for a drive, read, write, work, do hobbies whatever it takes to keep you going. I refuse to let you die. Now get busy and take care of you.

Go see a shrink. there are medications out there that will help you. Dont give up. It may not seem like it, but there are lots of things to live for. If you go to a shrink you wont have to hold it all in anymore. There are free counseling centers out there. You can even remain anonymous.

Stop holding so much in! As a matter of fact stop holding anything in. If you don't like something then don't do it no one can make you do anything that you do not like. If people don't like to here what you have to say then can leave, no one is holding them in that spot. Do you have a friend or two that you can talk to? If your not happy tell who ever is making you unhappy to get fuct!!! You could cruise around being a total d@ch head and you would still be nicer than any of my brothers or sisters :]

thinking of death like that is not good at all, stop pretending to be happy and just do something that makes you happy read a funny book or watch a funny movie and never hold so much in let others know how you feel tell them whats on your mind pretty much dont be a pushover you hold to much in and you become to depress to let it out and it will get to you and that sucks all the time so good luck hun and take it easy

I feel the same damn way...but it sounds like you have a lot going on for you.. I mean, you're in a band, which means you must be very talented, right?
Try thinking of someone who is worse off than you/
Take me for instance:
I live next door to a guy who attends a church where dating is forbidden, since they say it only leads to sin. They just have a "marriage by faith". Of course what happens...I fall head over heels for the guy. He can't marry me because I am not converted in his church. I start going to his church and even repent in it...it's still not good enough for him. It's been a year of this s hit...I love him so much, but can't have him because of a stupid reason. Now he is moving out of state, so I am losing him 4ever. I feel like dying to stop the pain!

You need to talk to someone. If you cannot afford a professional, is there a family member or friend that you can trust?? Holding things in can only lead to more unhappiness and anger. Built up over time and you are a ticking time bomb. Get help!!!

Don't hurt yourself! Call this number now. You may just need your meds adjusted. One antidepressant I took left me feeling exactly as you describe above every day between 3 and 5 PM. If I hadn't suddenly realized how regular the episodes were I would have done myself in!
