Until 1948, there was Jews in all the Muslims countries.
Right now there are Jews in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Yemen, Turkey.
The Muslims make difference between the Jew who are living with them since may be thousands of years and the Jew who came from Europe to live in palestine; the Zionists.

I think Chinkus is right. There might be some persecution there, but then it's their home. I'm not sure whom you see hating whom, though; but I'm certain if the Jews hated the Muslims, they wouldn't be staying there, because the doors of Israel are always open to all Jews in the world.

Yes, there are Jews who live in Islamic countries. I know that for sure.
For example, In a country called Yemen, south of Saudia Arabia, there is a town called 'Hajjah', it has a tiny population of Jews who completely mix themselves in the Islamic population.
Yet, I don't have an answer for the second part of your question. You'll have to get the answer from a Jew to know.
Good luck.

There are Jews and Christians living all over the Muslim world. They don't leave probably because it's their home, and not something that's easily given up.
